Hi, my name is Jenny. I started practicing yoga since 2017. Yoga mat is nothing more than a 26x70” rectangular space; the world it brings me is immense. It is fascinating to see how you transform mentally and physically throughout the practice - this is why yoga is so addictive to me.

Years of regular practice have quietly opened my heart to myself – realizing my weakness, accepting my weakness, working on my weakness, and rising from my weakness.

On and off the yoga mat, I hope my students: Developing self-awareness is an important step to connecting yourself to your soul and body. It is the most precious thing yoga teaches me, and I would like to share it with my students allowing them to come away feeling lighter, happier and more balanced.

瑜伽墊不過是個小小的長方形,卻承載著無限可能:伸展、收緊、用力、放鬆,在動靜律動之間感受自己的呼吸,感受身體的變化,與身心連結,這就是瑜伽最讓我著迷的地方。

練習瑜伽中無數次的嘗試、跌倒、受傷、再重來,讓我更了解自己的心浮、急躁、自負,也因為了解所以學會接受自己的缺點,然後再繼續好好練習。

瑜伽練習是一個了解身心靈的過程,我希望可以跟學生一齊在墊上愉快練習,下課時也能帶走這份輕鬆愉悅,帶進生活中。

The aspect of yoga is actually very broad. Open your mind and you can see more of yourselves. I like enjoying the classes with everyone in your busy daily life, and share the peace and joy of practicing yoga.

開始練習的契機只是想運動,在過程中了解到練習是一個工具去認識自己的身體和意念,瑜伽的範疇其實很廣闊,開放自己的心,就會更多的認識到自己。喜歡在大家繁忙的生活裡與大家一起靜靜享受課堂,在有限的時間裡,分享練習瑜伽的平和與快樂。

Hi everyone, my name is Tabitha, or you can call me Fa. My yoga journey began in 2013 while recovering from knee surgery. At first, I was hoping to gain back my strength and flexibility from yoga, but after several years of practice, I have gained way more than just the physical benefits. Yoga is more than poses. It is a journey for us to listen to our inner selves and find balance in our life. I hope everyone who comes to my class can learn how to let go and feel all the feels. Can’t wait to see you guys in my Hatha yoga, Aerial yoga, Wheel yoga, and Restorative yoga classes.

Emily completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy and obtained her Master of Science Degree in Sports Medicine and Health Science in Hong Kong. She has been practicing physiotherapy for more than 15 years.

She realized physical conditions and mental health is interconnected, which led her into a passion for learning about the brain, behavior and body. She had attained Professional Diploma in Health Counseling and Psychology and Diploma in Self Actualization Psychology. She believes body and mind integration is the key for a happy and healthy life. She is certified as a yoga instructor and had been incorporating yoga therapy and positive psychology into her clinical practice for over 15 years.

Emily is dedicated to pursuing continuing education to expand her clinical skills. She has extensive training in spinal and orthopaedic manual therapy with the McKenzie method, the Mulligan Concept, vestibular rehabilitation and women’s health. She is a certified practitioner in kinesio taping for sports injuries and ICB orthotics for common foot pathologies.

Her treatment approach includes a combination of hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release, electrotherapy, precise exercise prescription and yoga therapy to help clients reach their goals. Each treatment is uniquely customized to the patient, not only seeking immediate relief of pain but also developing long-term solutions and preventing future injuries.

With extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology, Emily has a broad range of clinical experience including sports injuries, work related injuries, postural dysfunction, arthritis, pre and post natal care, back and neck pain along with post operative rehabilitation. Emily adopts a biopsychosocial model in treating her patients as a whole. She believes empowering her patients to understand their condition and take an active role in their treatment is essential for the recovery journey. She cares about you, not just your body. She strives her best to get you back to enjoying your life.
